Above is a quick test i made to test a semi tubular rivet style which is quite different from the typical Blind Rivet I typically use. It is made from Stainless steel.

Above is a test to see if this technique worked for single curvature surfaces. Makes a good light/candle cover.

Here are two of my biggest projects so far. “Tacky” is a thumb tack-shaped chair that’s strong enough to support the weight of regular adults. Then there’s the hat project, where I took a 3D scan, converted it, and used solid hand-set rivets to test its viability. Note to future self: never hand-set almost a thousand rivets again.
